KPFT 90.1 FM played my song "Fine" today on their awesome show "Wide Open Spaces w/ Roark" at around 10:13. Just wanted to share that fun tidbit! You guys and gals should check out the show from 10-1pm weekdays. KPFT is my favorite station and I'm so stoked to be in their music library!

Hmm...seems like the blog has been attracting more viewers lately! Glad to have all of you guys & gals droppin' by to check out the blog!

And Thank You to all of those who have already picked up my new album "The Promise of Rain." Ya'll rock! It's kinda tough doin' this thing on a shoestring and still not having physical cds quite yet, but we'll get there. Thanks again for buying this album at Itunes & Cdbaby!

Finally, here's a free song! I made this available on the Facebook and Last.fm pages a week or so ago, and now you guys can get in on this free B-side from "The Promise of Rain" entitled "Oceans." I love the song, but felt it didn't really fit in too well with the flow/feeling of the album as a whole. The tempo still feels a little "off" and it never really has gotten its final coat of laquer. So it's a little rough still, but I'm proud of the song all the same.
